Customer Service Representative Homestead, FL Client Opportunities Biology Openings / Full Time / On-site Responsibilities: Provide customer education on services via phone or email, helping to determine the most appropriate solutions to meet client needs Offer technical support and guidance on testing plans while maintaining ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle, including thorough documentation of all client interactions Collaborate with internal team members to assess the feasibility of client requests Review applicable testing standards and technical drawings to support project planning Prepare detailed service proposals and follow up on quotes or inquiries to ensure timely responses Represent the organization at industry events and conduct on-site facility tours as needed Participate in seasonal or location-specific operational preparations (e.g., weather-related readiness) Required Skills and Experience: Associate's degree or higher in a scientific field (such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related discipline) At least 3 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on written communication Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Proficient with computers, including working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail in documentation Basic understanding of algebra and geometry Familiarity with professional communication and business etiquette $18 - $22 an hour
