Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers distributors builders designers contractors and customers
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service keeping Excellence as the Standard in every interaction
- Assist customers with product information pricing availability quotes order tracking and issue resolution
- Coordinate with manufacturers logistics teams and internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Maintain accurate customer records and customer activity within internal systems
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve the customer experience
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
