Field Operations Support Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Duties includes answering telephone calls, receiving and directing clients to the appropriate counselors.
• We do a lot of cash processing.
• We process payments in the systems.
• We do a lot of data entry. Must be a team player.
• Must have customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to alot of changes.
• Whatever we ask you to do you must do.
• Administration does not have a specific duty.
• Of course you will be trained in all fields.
• We make sure we have inventory to give out to counselors when they need it to sale.
• We do research on customers account to make sure they have everything needed to do burials.
• Everyday something new comes along and you must be able to adapt to those changes. We assist each and everyone here.
• From front desk to counselors, admin team and managers.
