Accounts Payable Specialist | $23/ hr -$25/ hr + bonus | Monday – Friday | On-Site

You’ll work within an automated SAP system, support invoice processing and vendor communication, and gain valuable exposure to corporate accounting operations within a stable, team-focused organization.

What You’ll Do :

• Process invoices and credit memos through automated AP systems and SAP workflows
• Review invoice coding, approvals, pricing, and sales tax accuracy
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Support month-end activities including journal entries and reporting support
• Monitor purchase orders and assist with maintaining accurate accounting records

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Prior AP, accounting support, or invoice processing experience preferred
• ERP or SAP system exposure strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working within structured processes and automated systems
• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required
