About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Store Operations to oversee the performance of multiple bakery and café locations. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality and service, leading and coaching store managers, and conducting site visits to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also manages store-level financial performance, including sales, labor, inventory, and expenses, while supporting staff training and maintaining compliance with food safety, labor, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will work with senior leadership to advance guest satisfaction, sales growth, and team engagement. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive hospitality or retail foodservice operations experience, including multi-unit leadership, and a strong background in specialty coffee or premium café operations. Required capabilities include financial management, budgeting, labor optimization, cost control, and knowledge of food safety and compliance standards. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a hands-on leadership approach and experience developing managers and teams. Experience implementing systems that improve efficiency and profitability, and fostering an inclusive, guest-focused culture, is preferred.
