About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Store Operations to oversee the performance of multiple bakery and café locations. Responsibilities include ensuring consistent quality and service, leading and coaching store managers, and conducting site visits to identify opportunities for improvement. The role also manages sales, labor, inventory, and expenses; supports staff training; and ensures compliance with food safety, labor, and operational requirements. The successful candidate will work with senior leadership to advance guest satisfaction, sales, and team engagement. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive hospitality or retail foodservice operations experience, including multi-unit leadership and experience managing multiple café, bakery, or fast-casual locations. A strong background in specialty coffee operations and financial management—including budgeting, profit-and-loss oversight, labor optimization, and cost control—is required. Applicants should also bring knowledge of hospitality operations, food safety, and compliance, along with strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience developing managers and implementing systems that improve efficiency and profitability is preferred.
