Building Services Technician

Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of grounds and common areas. You will also be expected to respond promptly to any maintenance requests. Full Time Position starting at $19 per hour. The ideal candidate will: Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be able to work an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends Have experience with general maintenance in a community setting; previous experience working in a health care environment is a plus Have basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair Have knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computers. Ability to work with vendors Ability to lift up to 60 pounds Have working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems Have the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property Physical work is a primary part of this role Be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Valid Driver License Ability to pass a drug screening Possess or willing to obtain a State of Oklahoma Health Department Fingerprint Clearance We are looking to hire individuals whose values align with ours and who believe in doing everything they can to lead by example in safety, compassion, and empathy.
