Job Summary and Responsibilities

This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus AND up to $24,000 Student Loan Assistance

As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals. To be successful in this role, you will embody accountability and confidence with superior communication skills for all interactions. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success.

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Supervises assigned professional, technical, and clerical staff of the department to ensure the quality of work.
• Manages the workflow of the unit to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
• Implements and supports patterns and ensures availability of sufficient qualified staff to meet patient care needs.
• Works to develop and retain highly skilled and well-rounded staff including hiring, orienting, training, directing work, evaluating performance and assuring clinical competency.

Job Requirements

Required

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing and Minimum of 3 years RN experience, upon hire and
• 1-3 years Minimum of 2 years leadership (i.e. RN-Charge) experience, upon hire and
• Equivalent leadership capabilities will be considered in lieu of the leadership experience requirement based on executive leadership approval, upon hire
• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
