About The Role

Seasonal Onsite Recruiter – Dallas, TX

ClearStaff South, a Partners Personnel company, is hiring a  Seasonal Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support a high-volume distribution center in Dallas.

What You’ll Do:

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and support warehouse associates
• Coordinate daily staffing needs with client supervisors
• Track attendance and assist with employee relations
• Maintain employee documentation and staffing reports
• Support hiring events and recruiting initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime
