YOUR ROLE AS A DRAFTER:

The ideal CAD/Point Cloud Drafter will have experience in AutoCAD Civil3D, Point Cloud drafting, and land surveying. A strong digital spatial awareness is crucial in order to handle the manipulation of Point Clouds. The successful candidate must work collaboratively with project team members when necessary, however self-motivation and the ability to work independently is valued.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associates Degree preferred, or a Certificate from a technical school, preferably in AutoCAD or a related field.) Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting. Highly skilled in AutoCAD Civil3D.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

2+ years of survey experience using AutoCAD and similar drafting software preparing survey maps, record of surveys and exhibits. Some experience in land surveying and Point Cloud drafting is preferred. Strong digital spatial awareness to handle manipulation of 3D Point Clouds. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, and AutoCAD. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting to meet project deadlines Ability to show the highest level of care and professionalism to our clients. Organized & detail oriented Ability to work in-person and travel to our office in Pipersville 5 days per week, with occasional exceptions
