The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, basic accounting knowledge, and some familiarity with QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities Assist the bookkeeper with day-to-day financial data entry across multiple entities Accurately input invoices, bills, receipts, and payments into QuickBooks Help reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain organized financial records and documentation Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Review data for errors and ensure accuracy of financial information Support month-end and year-end closing processes as needed Perform general administrative tasks to support accounting operations Qualifications 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or data entry (training offered) Basic understanding of accounting principles (helpful but not required) Experience with data entry in a financial or accounting environment preferred Minimal experience with QuickBooks required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to handle multiple entities and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or related field (not required) Experience working with multiple companies or entities is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($19–$23/hour) Opportunity for growth and hands‑on accounting experience Supportive team environment Exposure to multi-entity accounting operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
