Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring strict adherence to Taco Bell brand standards, food safety, speed-of-service targets, and product quality.
  

• Financial Leadership: Take full P&L accountability for the store. Manage labor, food costs, waste, inventory, and local store marketing to achieve financial goals.
  

• Team Building & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing shift leads and team members. Foster a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous growth.
  

• Customer Experience: Set the tone for high-energy hospitality, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of successful General Manager experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual concepts (Taco Bell experience strongly preferred).
  

• Track Record: Proven ability to manage store P&L, drive sales, control costs, and build a strong bench of talent.
  

• Leadership Style: Hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor during peak volume hours.
  

• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak shifts.
