Coordinator, Academy of Dance

Continuing Education Assistant

Responsible for assisting with the operational activities for continuing education courses and programs. This is a part-time position and can work up to 18 hours per week.

What You Will Do

• Answer and route incoming calls for Continuing Education dance programs
• Assist student inquiries by providing departmental course and program information.
• Assist with student registration in person and via phone.
• Assist with class and instructor documentation.
• Assist with special events and performances

• Process class rosters and instructor timesheets
• Process course completion documents with the Continuing Education department.
• Assist with student and parent calls/emails.
• Assist students and parents with class changes.
• Assist with student/customer questions, concerns, or complaints.

Work may be required outside of normal business hours.

Work involves walking, standing, lifting (up to approximately 25 lbs.), pushing, bending, and repetitive typing.

No. If travel is required, the candidate must have and maintain a current, valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Who You Are

Required Education High school diploma or GED required; Required Experience One to three years of office or customer service experience. Preferred Education Associate degree
