Job Description Install and change-out residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems. Plan and perform installations to meet local code requirements, ensuring first‑time passes. Communicate with customers onsite, providing an outstanding install experience. Stage jobs properly and sign off on installation checklists. Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools. Work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot field issues. Represent the company with high integrity and professionalism. Organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency. Explain benefits of maintenance contracts and perform preventative maintenance. Job Skills & Qualifications Required: Proficient residential and light commercial installations. 5–10+ years HVAC installation experience. Current driver’s license and good driving record. EPA certification. Pass drug test and background check. Own tools. Ability to train entry‑level personnel. Preferred: On‑the‑job training or experience. Experience running service and maintenance calls. NATE certification. Salary Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
