Summary:  The Filling Line Crew Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating a team of production workers on the filling line, ensuring efficient and safe operation of the line while meeting production goals and quality standards.

Qualification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of filling line operations and equipment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• CGMP experience preferred

• Yes

Essential Functions:

• Supervise and direct the work of a team of production workers on the filling line
• Ensure all production activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Monitor and maintain line performance and quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of production goals
• Train and develop team members to improve their skills and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and problem-solving efforts
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
• Reaching with hands and arms

Work Environment:

• Clean Room Environment
• Will be exposed to noise and temperature variations
