What you’ll do

• Troubleshoot and service electro‑mechanical automation equipment.
• Perform scheduled PMs and equipment setups to minimize downtime.
• Leverage a computer-based inventory system to locate spares and generate needed reports.
• Address utilities and facilities equipment issues when needed.
• Deliver quality results within established time standards and company policies.

Must‑haves

• 3–5 years as an industrial maintenance technician (plastics preferred).
• Hands‑on strength in mechanical and electrical maintenance, plus PLCs, VFDs, and servo motors.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting capability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Your own tools—and the skill to use them safely and effectively.
• Outstanding communication, teamwork, planning, judgment, initiative, reliability, and professionalism.

The logistics

• Location: Greensboro, NC.
• Schedule: 7am–7pm, 2‑2‑3 rotation; flexibility is important.
• Pay: Up to $39.88 per hour, paid weekly.
