About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Social Commerce Management with a strong background in retail, brand management, and 3P marketplace operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a full book of business, leading cross-department initiatives, and coaching a team of Social Commerce Directors. This role requires a leader with 8-10 years' of senior experience, deep functional expertise in retail strategy, and a proven track record in P&L management. The VP will be expected to have a high level of merchandising agility, be adept at problem-solving, and be capable of driving swift cross-functional accountability. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to optimize and automate all levers of e-commerce growth for global brands. To thrive in this position, the VP must be a game changer, a data fanatic, and partner-obsessed. The role demands a leader who is not only focused on the company's success but is also dedicated to the growth and development of their team. The ideal candidate will be a team of doers, capable of establishing scalable operating standards and empowering their team to resolve issues independently.
