Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong problem‑solving skills and experience in general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. You will be responsible for ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities remain in excellent working condition. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.) Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and materials used Assist with special projects, renovations, and preventive maintenance Qualifications Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Strong troubleshooting and time management skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (car insurance must be valid) They will need their own power tools.
