Responsibilities
- Install products and systems according to specifications and company standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installations to ensure quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service during installation and address any client concerns.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document installation processes and report any issues to management.
- Properly use hand tools and power tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Construction background is helpful
- Must have a clear background to be considered
