What You’ll Do: Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL, and other relevant technologies in ServiceNow development. Engage in the discovery process, gather requirements, and enhance core ServiceNow functionality. Implement HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope of ServiceNow. Develop applications to streamline employee service requests to HR. Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during major updates. Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment. Understand backend configuration of ServiceNow and design and build test data. Support configuration, change, and release management activities. Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of all work products. Your Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field. 3‑7 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years specifically in ServiceNow development. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Experience in creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow. Familiarity with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in an Agile project environment focused on delivering functional software releases efficiently. Bonus Skills: Hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application. Understanding of Human Resources business processes. Experience in business analysis or requirements gathering.
