. 7+ years of Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
. Demonstrated experience managing programs involving multiple business units and cross functional stakeholders.
. Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills.
. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive level communications.
. Proven ability to build relationships across business and technical organizations.
. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
. Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
. Comfortable working in fast paced environments with evolving priorities.
. Self starter capable of operating independently with minimal direction. Preferred Qualifications . Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
. Marketing transformation experience is a plus.
. Finance transformation experience is a plus.
. Experience supporting enterprise data, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
. Experience working within PMOs or Transformation Offices.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 $154,800.00.

Position Description
Our client is seeking experienced Program Manager to join a rapidly growing Program Office supporting enterprise wide transformation initiatives. This team was established to drive some of the organization's highest priority strategic programs that span multiple business units, including Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Data organizations.
