Recruiter/HR Generalist

We're looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our team and help drive hiring success by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and making a direct impact on organizational growth.

Location: Bristol, PA (Onsite). Some hybrid flexibility is available; however, daily onsite attendance is required during peak hiring seasons.

Pay: $21/h - $23/h

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity!

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategies

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of openings

• Conduct phone screens and select qualified candidates for interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

• Extend employment offers and assist with offer negotiations

• Utilize traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent

• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Support hiring events and other recruitment initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience; staffing industry is a big plus!

• Experience using ATS platforms and online sourcing tools

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously

• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
