Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care

The Float Pool Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to obstetrical patients in Labor & Delivery and Mother/Baby units. They demonstrate advanced clinical judgment , adapt seamlessly between care settings, and support fluctuating staffing needs while ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, serving as a clinical resource, and promoting teamwork and patient-centered care. Responsibilities Deliver competent care across units Flex between facilities based on organizational needs Quickly acclimate to different workflows Partner with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and other providers Model best practices for peers Requirements At least 1 year of applicable experience Associate degree Current BLS certification RN licensure. It is a full-time night shift role with flexible self-scheduling, including weekend and holiday shifts, and a rotating on-call shift every six weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care
