Licensed Practical Nurse Pay: $40.19-$46.12 Schedule: 2nd shift- 2:30pm-11pm Every other weekend/holiday; 32-40/hours The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical and developmental needs in a long-term care setting. This role supports resident health, safety, and quality of life while working closely with CNAs, physicians, families, and interdisciplinary staff.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments safely
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Support individualized care plans and nursing interventions
• Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs appropriately
• Complete accurate documentation, charting, and physician order transcription
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination
• Maintain medication inventory and narcotic documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet physical demands of resident care in a pediatric setting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSet
• Standard driver's license class C or class D
• Licensed practical nurse required (LPN)
• 1 3 years of related experience
