SafeHavenDefenseUSislookingforaProjectCoordinatortojoinourgrowingArizonacorporateteam!TheProjectCoordinatorisresponsibleforoverseeingandmanagingtheplanning,execution,andcompletionofsecurityfilminstallationprojects.Thisrolerequiresablendofprojectmanagementskills,problem-solvingskills,technicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmsystems,andtheabilitytocoordinatewithvariousstakeholdersinvolvedintheinstallationprocess.Strongorganizationalskills,timemanagement,andtheabilitytodeliverexceptionalcustomerservicearerequired. Thispositionisconsideredsafety-sensitivebecauseitperformsdutiesintheresidentialorcommercialpremisesofacustomerandmayoperateamotorvehicle,equipment,machinery,orpowertools. Thispositionisanin-personjobatourcorporateofficeinnorthScottsdaleatthe101andFrankLloydWrightBlvd.Thejobwillrequire25%travelinworkorpersonalvehiclestojobsitesandtoourwarehouseinNorthPhoenix.Travelinpersonalvehiclesissupportedwithmileagereimbursement. JobResponsibilities: ProjectPlanning: Collaboratewithclientstounderstandtheirsecurityfilmrequirementsandspecifications. Developcomprehensiveprojectplans,includingtimelines,resourceallocation,travelplansandbudgetestimation. Conductsiteassessmentstoevaluateinstallationrequirementsandpotentialchallenges. ProjectManagement: Verifyprojectsproperlydocumented,contractedandinsuredpriortoinstallation. Coordinateprojectactivitiesandmanageresourcestoensuretimelyandsuccessfulcompletionofsecurityfilminstallations. Coordinateinstallationteams,contractors,andsubcontractorsinvolvedintheproject. Monitorprojectprogress,resolveissues,andmitigaterisksthatmayariseduringinstallation.ThisincludescompliancewithanyjobspecificsafetyorOSHArequirements. Traveltojobsitelocationstomonitorprogressandperformanceandensurequalitycontrolmetricsaremet.Thisincludespostinstallationinspectionsandcustomerengagement. TechnicalExpertise: PossessadeepunderstandingofSafeHavenDefense,LLCsecurityfilmproducts,theirspecifications,andinstallationtechniques. Providetechnicalguidanceandsupporttoinstallationteamsandtroubleshootanytechnicalissuespriortoorduringtheinstallationprocess. CommunicationandStakeholderManagement: Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,contractors,andotherstakeholdersthroughouttheprojectlifecycle. Communicateprojectupdates,progressreports,andanychangesinplanstostakeholdersinaclearandtimelymanner. Reporting: CreateweeklyreportsoffinancialachievementsandprojectcompletionsforExecutiveTeam. CreateweeklyprogressreportsofinstallationactivityasdirectedbyOperationsleadership. EducationandExperience: Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantfield(e.g.,Engineering,ProjectManagement,ConstructionManagement)orequivalentworkexperiencepreferred Provenexperienceinsecurityfilminstallationsorrelatedfieldspreferred. Strongtechnicalknowledgeofsecurityfilmproducts,theirinstallation,andmaintenancepreferred. Excellentorganizational,leadership,customerserviceandcommunicationskills. Proficiencyinprojectmanagementtoolsandsoftware. Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandprioritizetaskseffectivelyandefficiently. Attentiontodetailandafocusondeliveringhigh-qualityresultswithinspecifiedtimelinesandbudgets. Knowledgeofsafetyregulationsandbestpracticesinconstructionandinstallationwork. Travelisrequiredapproximately25%ofthetime. JobRequirements: Abilitytopassapre-hiredrugtestandbackgroundcheckwithmotorvehiclereportaswellasongoingbackgroundchecks. PossessorcanobtainandmaintainavalidFingerprintClearanceCard. Maintenanceofavaliddriverlicense. Successfullypassthe60-dayprobationaryperiodwhereallcredentialsarecompleted,andorientationmetricsaremet.
