• $35,000–$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission and bonuses
• Solid performers can earn $70,000+ in total annual compensation, with high performers earning $100,000+.

Rachel Machin State Farm Agency is looking for a sales-focused Producer who wants to build a career, develop professionally, and be rewarded for strong performance.

You'll develop leads, build relationships, uncover customer needs, and help customers protect what matters most through appropriate insurance and financial products.

Previous insurance experience is not required. If you're ambitious, disciplined, coachable, and willing to push outside your comfort zone, we'll help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35,000–$45,000 base salary

What You'll Do

• Develop and follow up with leads to create new business opportunities
• Conduct needs-based conversations with prospects and customers
• Recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Schedule appointments and consistently follow up with prospects
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Work toward individual and agency production goals
• Track your activity and take ownership of your results
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience

Sales experience is preferred but not required. A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.

Licensing Requirements

You must be able to obtain:

• Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 20-44)
• Florida Life & Health Insurance License (2-15)

Existing licenses are welcome but not required.
