Workers Compensation Attorney

Overview The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate to join the team. Responsibilities Equity and executive compensation Proxy disclosures Employment and severance agreements IRC Sections 280G and 409A Mergers & acquisitions IPOs Qualifications 3-6 years of experience with compensation and benefits Excellent academic credentials Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills Compensation and Benefits Expected annual pay range: $260,000-$390,000 (dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate). We offer a full range of elective benefits including: Medical, health savings account (with applicable medical plan), dental, vision Health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts Pre-tax commuter benefits Life insurance, AD&D, long-term care coverage Backup care for children and/or adults and other parental support benefits Firm-paid life insurance, AD&D, LTD, short-term medical benefits Accruing vacation time: four weeks per year Sick time: two weeks per year 10 paid holidays each year Generous parental leave and fertility benefits New employees will attend a detailed benefit orientation to learn more about our many benefits and resources.
