Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice in Medford, Massachusetts. The attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, contributing to the development of a statewide workers' compensation practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a steady influx of cases. Duties Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the NH State Bar Association. Minimum of 3 years of workers' compensation experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases and hearings. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter driven by long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active NH State Bar Association membership. Skills Strong case management abilities. Effective communication and client service skills. Proficient in legal research and writing.
