Job Summary:The Tenant Services Coordinator supports property management operations by serving as a key contact for tenants and assisting with service requests, communications, and building-related administrative tasks. This role helps maintain positive tenant relationships and ensures prompt issue resolution.Key Responsibilities:Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests in a timely mannerCoordinate maintenance requests with vendors, engineers, and property staffPrepare tenant communications, notices, and building updatesMaintain tenant records, lease files, and service logsAssist with move-ins, move-outs, and tenant onboarding processesSupport property events, meetings, and tenant engagement initiativesTrack certificates of insurance, vendor documents, and compliance records
