Outside Sales Representative

Christ Panos Foods is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. We are dedicated to quality, service, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, foodservice operators, and other customers Present and sell company products, programs, and promotions Conduct in-person sales calls, prospecting, and customer follow-up through phone, email, and social media outreach Meet or exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and margin expectations Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions Manage customer accounts, including pricing, order follow-up, and accounts receivable support Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure excellent customer service Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting Travel throughout assigned territory on a regular basis Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match and profit sharing Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Requirements 3+ years of outside sales experience in broadline foodservice distribution required Proven experience in territory sales, account management, business development, and customer relationship management Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record required Ability to work flexible hours as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr CareersInFood.com
