Lead Technical Product Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Driving product strategy and technical feature execution, the full-time Lead Technical Product Manager will manage backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UHC HEDIS Retrospective and Prospective projects in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Own and execute technical product features, user stories, and multi-quarter release roadmaps for quality platform solutions Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily agile ceremonies with engineering and architecture teams Establish and monitor product performance metrics (KPIs) to track platform adoption and feature reliability Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent product or business operations experience 6+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields 4+ years of experience defining technical product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs in an Agile/Scrum environment 3+ years of experience leveraging data analytics and performance metrics to drive product strategy Experience with HEDIS specifications and NCQA requirements
