Job Summary:
Are you a scheduling whiz with excellent communication skills? Are you looking for a part-time opportunity with a flexible work-from-home schedule? Comfort Keepers of Anoka, MN is seeking an On-Call Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As an On-Call Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering client and caregiver calls after hours, utilizing our policies and procedures to solve client issues or scheduling needs, and directing calls to the managerial team if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming client/family and caregiver calls after hours from home, utilizing Comfort Keepers policies and procedures to solve client issues or scheduling needs

• Supervise field staff on evenings and weekends and communicate any urgent concerns or problems immediately to the on-call manager

• Utilize a scheduling/care management system to manage client schedules and care plans

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional customer service

• Work cooperatively with other members of the care management team to ensure seamless coordination of client care

Benefits:

• $15 weekday stipend just for being available by phone

• $30 each weekend day

• Hourly rate of $17.50 per hour for any documented time worked

• $50 cell phone stipend per month

Qualifications:

• Experience with scheduling and proficient customer service skills required

• Experience in home care or other health care service

• Candidate must live near the Anoka-White Bear Lake, Minnesota area and be available to come to the office for training, meetings, etc.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in phone and computer skills

• Will need to master additional software, including a scheduling/care management system

• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, human relations, and organizational skills, as well as a positive professional image

• Must be a team player and work cooperatively with other members of the care management team

• Must be able to pass a background study
