Salary: $153,600 - 239,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 8+ years of experience in a specific technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
• We need proven experience communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders and customers.
• We need a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent background.
• We need hands-on experience designing and shipping LLM-powered features in production, with strong emphasis on architecture, latency, streaming, and orchestration.
• We prefer 5+ years of IT development, implementation, or consulting experience in the software or internet industries.
• We prefer experience working with end-user or developer communities.
• We prefer experience architecting and operating solutions on AWS.

• We design and define large-scale solution architectures and reusable frameworks that ensure consistent delivery across multiple partner portfolios.
• We create reference patterns that simplify complex technical challenges and are adopted both internally and externally.
• We make high-impact technical decisions independently in ambiguous situations, selecting the right solution strategy when the business stakes are significant.
• We lead executive-level technical engagement with strategic partners and help shape technology roadmaps that strengthen Amazon and partner growth.
• We establish scalable processes and adoption frameworks that work across domains, not just for individual partners.
• We influence Alexas customer and developer experience by synthesizing market trends, competitive insights, and partner feedback.
• We work closely with product leadership in the early stages of new capabilities to shape product requirements and go-to-market direction.
• We mentor junior architects, support technical promotion assessments, and help establish best practices across the SA community.
• We represent Amazon as a thought leader at major industry events and build technical credibility that supports new strategic partnerships.
• We engage in deep technical discussions, solve complex problems, and coordinate Alexa feature implementations to improve the customer experience.
• We act as the voice of the developer with domain, product, and engineering teams, using product insight, data-driven analysis, and a working-backwards approach to influence roadmaps.
