Accountabilities:

  • Support clients by explaining benefit options clearly and helping them make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Provide personalized guidance based on individual needs, goals, and eligibility requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Stay up to date on benefit products, industry updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with a remote, results-driven team to deliver consistent service quality.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions and enrollment activities.
