A leading customer service firm is seeking a Virtual Customer Service Representative to work from home. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, assisting with benefits enrollment, and documenting interactions in the client system. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of call center or two years of customer service experience.
