About The Countrypolitan
The Countrypolitan is a contemporary Nashville restaurant that celebrates southern hospitality with a modern twist. Our warm atmosphere quality cuisine and attentive service make every guest feel at home. We pride ourselves on supporting our team members and fostering a positive collaborative work environment.
Position: AM Shift Server (Full time or Part time)
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional servers to join our morning shift team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly welcoming demeanor
- Provide knowledgeable menu guidance and answer customer questions
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Shift and Compensation
- AM Shift : Be able to open at 5:45 am
- Competitive hourly pay plus tips

Qualifications:
- Professional and positive attitude towards guests and associates
- Punctuality and reliability
- Be knowledgeable on hotel facility and services to assist guests
- Customer service
- Process checks and payments in compliance with policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school education or related experience
