Role Description This full-time, on-site AVP/Branch Manager position is based in Randolph, MA. The role involves overseeing daily branch operations, leading and mentoring a team, and driving business development initiatives to achieve branch growth and profitability targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a positive customer experience. The AVP/Branch Manager will also represent the Bank in the community and build strong connections with local businesses and organizations. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding staff Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy implementation Thorough knowledge of banking operations, compliance regulations, and financial products and services Excellent interpersonal, communication and computer skills Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset for meeting financial goals Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Prior branch management or relevant banking experience preferred Familiarity with Massachusetts banking laws and community outreach experience considered an asset Salary Range: $90,500.00 - $110,200.00 The Bank of Canton is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
