The Optimist brings a seaside fish camp experience to landlocked Atlantans with high quality, sustainably sourced seafood and beach-food classics that transport you to your favorite seaside haunts.
The Optimist is seeking an experienced Cook to join our award-winning culinary team!
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a meticulous eye for detail? An Optimist Cook has a strong knowledge and understanding of the preparation of hot and cold food items and ability to communicate and expedite food items on the back line while managing their assigned station to ultimately ensure total guest satisfaction. Competitive pay - $16 to $24/hr. - based on experience and ability.
