About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for a new team focused on client success within its Corporate Trust division. The successful candidate will have a robust background in corporate trust, particularly in the areas of structured debt and related financial services. This role is pivotal in driving client satisfaction, resolving complex issues, and enhancing service delivery. The Vice President will be the main escalation point for clients, managing a complex portfolio and working across internal teams to ensure the highest level of service. Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle difficult situations with a client-first mentality and a sense of urgency. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in corporate trust, structured debt, or a related financial service, with a proven track record in client service and relationship management. A deep understanding of structured debt, loans, and CLOs is required, as is the ability to handle escalations and navigate sensitive situations. The role demands excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills, as well as a client-first mentality. While not mandatory, experience in integrating AI solutions and a willingness to challenge the status quo are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at executive communication, with the ability to convey clear and confident client messaging, and will be adept at managing difficult situations while maintaining trust and urgency.
