Position Details Location: Rigby, ID Start Date: August 17, 2026 Duration: 39 Weeks Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Openings: 2 Pay: Up to $70/hour local Travel Package Available Assignment Overview Elementary school setting Typical caseload of approximately 48 students K-5 student population Majority of evaluations conducted in small group settings Provide direct speech and language therapy services Conduct evaluations and assessments Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Complete required documentation and progress reporting Responsibilities Evaluate students with speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services Monitor student progress and maintain documentation Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff Support communication and academic success for students Why This Opportunity? The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders. Minimum Requirements Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
