Desired Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Idaho
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms for virtual service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Passion for supporting student success through individualized interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students K-12, both in-person and via teletherapy, based on student needs
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Conduct evaluations, write comprehensive reports, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings to share progress and make recommendations
• Offer consultation, training, and support to teachers and families regarding speech and language development
• Adapt therapy and materials for a diverse student population using evidence-based practices
