Customer Care Representative

Virtual Customer Care Representative Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders. We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and oversee homes under warranty in assigned communities. The role focuses on promoting positive relationships with customers and trade partners while coordinating the work of Lennar trade partners. Responsibilities Promote, facilitate, and foster positive relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners. Exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners. Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work. Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, with a maximum of $1,250. Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment related issues. Understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products. Supervise and/or conduct pre‑closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations and 30‑day post‑close visits. Review and certify the completion of each home within the community. Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community. Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff and sales staff as needed. Be an expert in the community and surrounding area including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc. Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of the community; this includes but is not limited to entrance features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers and signage. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience directing, coordinating, and supervising work in a customer‑facing role with a homebuilder. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Valid auto insurance coverage. Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel). Excellent follow‑up, communication (written and verbal), and time‑management skills. Physical & Site Requirements Regular, in‑person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is essential. The position requires working more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer, operating a motor vehicle, reading plans, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving and/or carrying equipment that may exceed 50 pounds. Occasional operation of construction equipment may be required. Finger dexterity may be required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
