Customer Service Triage Specialist

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in an inbound/outbound
- customer service center is strongly preferred
- Customer service experience in a Respiratory/Home Medical Equipment company is strongly preferred
- Must have good PC skills, especially the MS Office suite
- Provide our clients with timely and accurate information, and take appropriate corrective actions regarding our services to ensure the customer and referrals have complete satisfaction
- Triage documents in accordance with company standards and other verbal and written training policies
- Follow proper procedures for accurate documentation triage of new referrals, notes, prescriptions, insurance documentation.
- Maintain referral portals by reviewing the document submissions, deciphering which documents require triage
- Perform other duties delegated at manager's discretion as Customer Service support
