Policy Forms Specialist

Pay rate range - $45/hr. to $51/hr.

Job Description
This position will oversee the design and development of enterprise forms (documents, letters, contracts, and endorsements) to comply with state insurance requirements and support the auto and specialty business and client needs across all operating companies.
Perform core administrative duties in support of the overall unit operations.


This role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise forms-including documents, letters, contracts, and endorsements-to ensure compliance with state insurance regulations. The position supports both auto and specialty business lines across all operating companies, while also addressing client needs and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise forms in alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
• Ensure all forms comply with state insurance laws and standards.
• Collaborate with business units, legal teams, and compliance departments to address client and operational needs.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across documents, letters, contracts, and endorsements.
• Perform core administrative duties to support overall unit operations.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding form usage and compliance.
