What You'll Do

• Decontaminate surgical instruments such as drills, DaVinci devices, and scopes
• Operate sterilization processes, including Sterrad and steam sterilizers
• Perform high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope management
• Organize and store sterile instruments and supplies
• Coordinate with OR staff as a liaison and manage case carts for upcoming surgeries
• Use Censitrac tracking system for equipment tracking and documentation
• Handle OR calls for both surgical floors and move case carts as needed
• Support overall department cleanliness and workflow efficiency

What You Need

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CBSPD or CRCST through HSPA)
• Experience working in sterile processing or surgical services
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Required:

• Valid certification (CBSPD or CRCST)
• Relevant experience in sterile processing or OR support

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Censitrac or similar tracking systems
• Prior experience working in a hospital or surgical center setting
