divh2Commercial Performance Manager/h2pPromote and develop districts commercial performances to meet the budget, target, and management guidelines. Pricing interaction; works with service contracts coordination, and rate requests and strategy. The employee will need to be able to strategically plan and participate in commercial negotiations This role requires to work with trade BUs weekly or monthly with the agents in the district, and key peers to maximize profitability and KPIs. Keeping up to date with whats going on in the markets is essential./ppMain Tasks:/pulliConduct weekly meetings with agents/local sales regarding the performance trends and seeking opportunities for development./liliQuarterly discussions with relevant Business Units on Sale Targets./liliLead monthly/weekly presentations on market updates, performance, sales targets and service reliability within the Assigned Scope/liliWorking alongside management in dealing with all relevant countries, to establish goals and targets for services under portfolio and to promote business growth in these areas./liliWorks in conjunction with Sales, Countries, Trade Manager to implement and measure business plan./liliMonitor bookings, container movements and volume trends for both import and export within the CCA/PAC Region./liliReview and analyze Demurrage Detention waivers for your respective countries and present to the Committee for approval Demurrage workflow system approval for all CCA/liliAnalysis of market /competitors trends./liliAnalysis of opportunities and track customers and agency results versus Budget and Sales Targets./liliWeekly forecasts, monitoring performance, quantities analysis, profit analysis./liliLiaison with BUs top keep tariff tool updates/liliProcess Rates or SCs for Filling with GSA/liliLook for Negative Net Revenue (NORs )/liliMonitor prospect and lost accounts, reporting the opportunities or challenges with agencies and commercial team./liliEvaluate new markets/services./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliStrong Analytical Skills/liliProject Management of large-scale, complex projects/liliFluent in English and Spanish (Speaking, reading, and writing)/lili2-3 + years of related experience/liliMicrosoft Suite (Advance knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint)/lili4 Year college/university advantage/liliOutspoken Sales/Commercial and customer relations/li/ul/div
