Mancan Staffing is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Associate for a growing manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing membranes used in commercial and residential construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting marketing initiatives, sales efforts, and brand growth in a collaborative environment.

Schedule
Monday Friday 8am-5pm
No weekends required
Occasional travel to industry trade shows may be required

Pay is based on experience $16.00/18.00 hr

Job Summary:The Marketing & Sales Associate provides administrative and creative support to both the Marketing and Sales Departments. This role is responsible for coordinating daily marketing activities, preparing reports, assisting with advertising and promotional campaigns, supporting trade shows, and helping implement marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand and customer relationships.

Sales Products include:
Waterproofing roofing membranes
Roofing underlayments and shingle starter products
Window and door flashing tapes
Waterproofing membranes for below or above-grade applications
Construction and roofing tapes
Waterproofing HVAC products for duct and pipe systems
Accessory products for installation

Responsibilities:

-Manage daily administrative tasks to support the Marketing Department.
-Prepare reports related to customer sales, rebate programs, and marketing performance.
-Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenditures.
-Monitor competitor marketing efforts and product comparisons.
-Communicate with marketing vendors, customers, and sales representatives.
-Assist with creating marketing materials, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
-Support digital marketing efforts, including social media and online advertising.
-Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, public relations events, and marketing campaigns.
-Help implement marketing and sales strategies to support company growth.
-Perform additional marketing and sales duties as assigned.

Qualifications:-Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
-Previous experience in marketing, sales support, or a similar role preferred.
-Knowledge of marketing principles, public relations, and social media platforms.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret reports and marketing data.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
