Inside Sales Support Representative
You're an outgoing person who loves interacting with different personalities. You thrive in an environment where you can problem solve and provide top-notch customer service. You enjoy multi-tasking and have a strong attention to detail. If this sounds like you, the Precoa Inside Sales Support Team (FPC Support) wants to meet you!
What You'll Do (And Why You'll Love Doing It)
As an Inside Sales Support Representative, your primary role will be confirming sales appointments, performing quality control and assisting with other operational duties. You will also be a contact for our inside sales team to help with special requests and maintain leads and data in our CRM system.
If you have these skills, we want to talk with you!
- 1-2 years' work experience in administrative/customer service-related fields or undergraduate degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Zoom, ADP
- Communication Speaks clearly, listens and obtains clarification, and is empathetic
- Strong written communication and composition skills
- High level of professionalism
- Task Management Works well-taking direction from different team members; Balances competing tasks efficiently with a positive attitude; Gathers and organizes information for analysis; Identifies problems and raises a flag in a timely manner
