Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – ICU

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU, with documented travel experience
• Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
• Heart experience preferred
• EMR experience: EPIC
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references
• Driver's license with address matching demographics

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, managing complex medical conditions.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions for diverse patient populations.
• Monitor patients closely and adjust care based on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate and enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff as needed.

Compliance / Notes:

• Floating required to all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding).
• Scrub color: Navy.
• RTO must be included at the time of submission.
