Registered Nurse

Position Summary:

The Noor staffing group is seeking highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, with specific expertise in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) using Prisma flex technology. Experience caring for cardiac patients is strongly preferred and will be given priority in the selection process.

This position requires the flexibility to float between ICU units as needed (excluding Behavioral Health and the Emergency Department, unless holding). Candidates must be committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

Job Description:

• Unit: ICU
• Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed)
• Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
• Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority!
• Floating Required: Yes
• Scrub Color: Navy

Unit Specifics:

• Beds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14

• Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding)

• Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx

• Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active New York State RN license
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS required
• Covid Vaccination Card
• Educational Proof
• Willingness to float to other ICU units as needed
• Professional appearance (Navy scrubs required)
• Flexibility in scheduling; block scheduling is not guaranteed

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years ICU experience required
• CRRT and Prismaflex experience required
• Strong cardiac ICU experience highly preferred

Position Type: Full-Time | Contract


Schedule: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Night Shift

Payrate: $70/hr
